Jerod started with CertaPro in 2017 after graduating with a degree in construction management. He began his career as the Residential Logistics Manager and later transitioned into overseeing all residential production and carpentry.
As the Residential Production Manager, Jerod oversees many aspects of the production process, from customer scheduling once a project is booked to managing all residential painting and carpentry crews. He is constantly communicating with customers and painting crews to confirm dates and ensure customer satisfaction, keeping projects on track. His role is essential in ensuring the residential division runs smoothly and efficiently while providing customers with an exceptional experience from start to finish.
With the expansion of our carpentry division, Jerod has also taken on the role of Residential Carpentry Manager. This position includes the responsibility of estimating, selling, and producing residential carpentry projects. Jerod’s hands-on experience working alongside the carpentry team over the past few years, combined with his industry knowledge, makes him the perfect fit for this role.
Outside of work, Jerod enjoys spending time outdoors and camping with his wife, daughter, and son.
