Angie is one of our newest hires at CertaPro, starting at the beginning of 2025. Prior to joining the CertaPro team, Angie worked in multiple customer service positions, in addition to working for her family’s business in the construction industry since she was 8 years old.
As the Office Manager, Angie has many responsibilities. She fields all office calls, from scheduling customer estimates and answering customer questions to updating customers on their project status. Angie also manages the logistics of the residential estimate schedule, assists the sales team with estimate writing, and handles various other office duties.
Angie is one of the first voices our customers hear, and her outgoing, friendly attitude, industry knowledge, and experience make her not only a perfect fit for her role but also a major asset to the CertaPro team.
Outside of work, Angie loves to travel with her sister or fiancé and has been to over 10 different countries. Even though she grew up and lives in the Cincinnati area, she is a huge Steelers fan. In her spare time, Angie loves to swim, paint landscapes (like Bob Ross), and catch up on whatever the latest TV series is with her fiancé and dog, Mina.
