For this job, we painted two office space buildings in Fort Wright, KY. The two four story buildings in the office park host multiple offices for different businesses.
Challenges
The two office buildings looked outdated and faded. Before starting to paint, we needed to pressure wash the buildings. We also caulked any open areas or areas that needed attention. Then applied a Loxon primer. This helped for the EIFS concrete to accept the paint.
CONDITIONS
- Absorbent Exterior – We had to be sure to use the correct primer and quote for the correct amount of coats needed. This type of surface can sometimes absorb the paint more than expected.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – Our team prepared the building with pressure washing, caulking, and several coats of primer.
- Painting – The exterior of the building was painted with paint that would protect the building from future water damage.
