Spanning approximately 68,400 and 124,918 square feet, these multi-tenant facilities required a comprehensive refresh to address fading paint and deteriorating expansion joints. The project was carefully planned over a one-month timeline to ensure efficient execution without disrupting business operations.
Our team performed extensive surface preparation, including cleaning, rust treatment, and repairs to ensure proper adhesion of all coatings. A major component of the project involved removing and replacing expansion joints to restore structural integrity and prevent future damage.
