In September 2024, CertaPro Painters® of Cincinnati completed a one-week commercial carpentry project for a condominium community in Sharonville, OH. Several decks throughout the property had deteriorated over time, with rotted floorboards, joists, support beams, and posts creating safety concerns for residents. Rather than repairing isolated sections, the client elected to fully remove and reconstruct the affected decks to ensure long-term structural integrity.
Our carpentry team carefully demolished the existing deck systems while preserving components that could be safely reinstalled, including the handrail and gutter systems. Every new deck was rebuilt using pressure-treated lumber and modern fastening methods designed to improve durability and performance.
