Time for Renovation

We painted the interior of a two story profession office building in Cincinnati, Ohio. The building had a main lobby, many individual offices, meeting rooms, breakrooms, and multiple stair cases.

The office space was being newly renovated when we were contracted for the job. The office space was outdated and needed to be refreshed with bright colors. One of the breakrooms had wallpaper that needed to be removed.

A Thorough Job

The project involved cleaning all surfaces and repairing all nicks, nail pops and everyday damage. Wallpaper removal was required in one of the breakrooms. Wallpaper was removed then skim coating was performed to remove all of the glue and residue for a smooth finish. The next step was priming and painting all of the walls, baseboards and bulkhead ceilings. Some wall areas required multiple coats of paint due to the previous colors being painted over.

Due to the renovations being done, we had to work around their schedule with other contractors and other work that was being done. There was also new flooring installed, so we had to be careful not to disturb the new surfaces.
