What did the project involve? We were contracted to soft wash the exterior of twelve buildings in the condo community. The areas to be washed included the vinyl siding, gutters, downspouts, shutters, posts, railings, entry ceilings, patio porch ceilings and patio fences.

We started by applying a cleaner to all surfaces. Then heavily rinsed all surfaces with a low-pressure water setting to safely clean areas without damaging them. decks and patios were also lightly rinsed to remove dirt. Extremely dirty areas needed to be hand washed with a soft bristle brush.

Special Challenges: The condo buildings’ exteriors were covered in dirt, mildew and debris and was in desperate need of a cleaning and washing.

Soft washing is a unique process that involves a specific type of cleaner and a mix of hand washing and power washing on a very low pressure setting. This ensures the surfaces will be cleaned and not damaged in any way.

Special Equipment Used: We used a water trailer at multiple times throughout the washing process.
