Our Commercial Painting Process
Commercial painting jobs can very greatly in terms of size, cost, and scope of work. To ease your mind before getting an estimate for your project, you can check out our typical commercial painting process below.
Introduction
Our commercial logistics manager, Ashley, will be reaching by phone and/or email with an introduction to your project.
Tentative Start Date
Ashley will contact with a tentatively schedule time for your project to start. (Can vary depending on weather.)
Hard Start Date
Ashley will contact with a hard start date for on the production of your project and schedule a pre-production walkthrough with the project manager.
Pre-Production Walkthrough
The project manager will perform a walkthrough at the job site to review your project and confirm the scope of work.
Production Begins
Prep work and painting starts on your project. You will receive continuous updates and a tentative completion date when applicable.
Final Walkthrough
The project manager will perform a final walkthrough of your project. This is done to confirm customer satisfaction, and all agreed upon terms are met. We also check to see if any touch ups are needed.
Job Closing
Once customer satisfaction is met a request for payment will be sent via invoice along with a request for a customer survey.
