Our Carpentry Process
Not sure what to expect from your upcoming carpentry project? We’ve detailed our typical process here so you can feel prepared before your start date.
Tentative Start Date
Our carpentry account and project manager, Scott, will be reaching by phone and/or email with an introduction to your project and a tentative schedule for exterior jobs and a hard start date for interior jobs. He will also be available to answer any questions you might have. (Exterior projects can vary depending on weather.)
Hard Start Date
Scott will contact with a hard start date for your exterior project and confirm your start date for an interior project. (Exterior projects can vary depending on weather.)
Job Set Up
Your project manager will review and confirm the scope of your project and get your job set up.
Production Begins
Prep work and carpentry starts on your project. You will receive continuous updates. Eventually, you will receive a tentative completion date and get a final walkthrough scheduled.
Final Walkthrough
Scott will perform a final walkthrough of your project with you. This is done to confirm customer satisfaction, and scope of work is met. We also check for any touch ups, if needed.
Job Closing
Once customer satisfaction is met a request for payment will be sent via invoice along with a request for a customer survey. The project is then passed along to the painting team relaying all updates and information.
