New Carpet and Paint in Cincinnati Office Space
Featured Commercial Project
A Floor-to-Ceiling Job
This project involved the interior of an office suite in a larger office building located in downtown Cincinnati, OH. The office suite is about 2,300 square feet, containing a large open area and multiple private offices. The office suite had old, outdated carpeting. The walls were in need of a lighter coat of paint and some minor repairs due to everyday damage. We utilized both our painting and carpentry teams for this job.
Before Pictures
The first step of this project was painting the walls and door frames. We did necessary prep work prior to painting that included minor repairs and some light sanding. All wall and door frame surfaces were properly cleaned and prepped for painting. Once the prep was completed, we applied two coats of a lighter color paint on the walls and door frames. Once painting was completed, our carpentry team started pulling up the old carpeting.
After Photos
The carpentry team removed 2,050 square feet of carpeting and the old cove base trim from the main office area and two private offices. The areas were prepped using a power floor sander, scraping and sanding the old residue on the walls from the cove bases. Once all areas were prepped, the new cove base trim was installed, along with the new charcoal carpeting in the main office area and the two private offices. This whole project took about a week to complete.
