CertaPro Painters® of Chattanooga was proud to support the revitalization of a prominent 75,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building located just off Market Street, adjacent to the bustling Warehouse Row shopping district.
As part of a major remodel intended to attract new tenants to this creative district hub, our team delivered a high-impact visual shift that refreshed both the exterior and interior of the property.
From fresh curb appeal to elevated interior spaces, this transformation helped bring new life to an aging structure—making it more inviting and market-ready for creative tenants in one of Chattanooga’s most vibrant areas.
About the Project:
Project Scope:
The building had previously been painted but required a complete update to match the modernized interior renovations. Our scope of work included:
Exterior Services:
Pressure washing and full repainting of the brick façade
Caulking and sealing for weather resistance
Safe operation of 50-foot swing stages to access the entire height of the structure
Weekend work scheduled to maintain tenant and customer access during high-traffic hours
Interior Services:
Painting and drywall repairs
Installation of dryfall ceiling coatings
Wallcovering installation, including a specialized underlayment applied over cinder block in an elevator lobby to eliminate visible texture and create a sleek, modern finish
Special Considerations:
Due to the building’s height and downtown location, this project required extensive coordination with the city to permit safety fencing and sidewalk access during swing stage operation.
Our team followed and exceeded OSHA safety standards throughout the project, resulting in a smooth and incident-free execution.
