Kevin Brennan grew up just outside Washington, D.C., one of seven kids with two brothers and four sisters. Growing up in a house that big, you learn how to listen and get along with just about anyone, and that has carried straight into his work. As Commercial Sales Manager, Kevin takes the time to understand what a property manager, business owner, or HOA board actually needs, scopes the project honestly, and stays accountable from the first walkthrough to the final coat. His goal is to make commercial painting one less thing his clients have to think about.
Kevin spent about a decade in outside sales before joining CertaPro, managing large commercial accounts across landscaping, technology, and insurance. Along the way he learned that the work only counts if you do what you say you are going to do, and that habit of earning repeat business is what he brings to the team across the Castle Rock to Denver corridor.
Outside of work, basketball is a big part of Kevin’s life. He was recruited to play Division I ball at Arizona State before a knee injury ended his playing days, and today he still coaches at Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora. He and his girlfriend Pria live in downtown Denver with their senior cat Ella, and they love hiking, traveling, catching live concerts, and a nice meal together. Pria is right there for all of it too, easily the biggest Regis fan in the building on game nights.
