Bike Parking Area in Denver, CO
CertaPro Painters® of Castle Rock, CO was asked to to update the Hines Property Management bike parking area to be more modern with their color in September 2021. Hines Property Management Company is one of the top Management companies in the Denver market. This building is a 29 story high rise in the heart of downtown Denver. We had to grind off the a majority of the previous line stripping and Coat the floor as well as apply some tape art to the pillar to incorporate their colors.

CHALLENGES:
CHALLENGES:Hines asked us to update their bike parking area to be more modern with their colors. We had to complete grinding of the yellow stripping lines including 5 layers thick of previous paint.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Prep – We had to grind off the a majority of the previous line striping and coat the floor.
- Art – We applied some tape art to the pillar to incorporate their colors.

Josh is originally from Indiana. He went to college at Indiana University in Bloomington majoring in both Marketing and Professional Sales. During his time at IU, he was actively involved with the second largest student-run fundraiser in the country supporting the local children’s hospital in Indianapolis. His previous work experience includes working at the 3rd largest insurance brokerage in the world, where he was able to get top of the line training in both sales and marketing.
Josh moved to Colorado be in a place where he could enjoy spending almost every weekend outside. During the winters you can find Josh now skiing down his favorite mountains, although never having skied before moving to Colorado. During the summers Josh loves to go hiking, camping, and enjoys spending time with his friends at live music events.
