Our House Washing Process

All of our house washing is conducted as a soft wash. A soft wash is a cleaning method commonly used for delicate surfaces such as painted exteriors, roofs, and siding. Unlike traditional high-pressure washing, which can be too harsh for certain materials and may cause damage, a soft wash utilizes low-pressure techniques combined with specialized cleaning solutions to gently remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and other contaminants. with a low bleach chemical added.

To begin the home washing process, we first wash down a customers house and ensure the lawn, plants and shrubbery are thoroughly watered down. We then add the low bleach cleaning chemical to the water we are using. If we are washing in preparation for a painting project, we will concentrate our soft wash on areas where the paint is peeling and flaking to get as much of that off before we start scraping and sanding.  Finally we wash the home down again to ensure most of the product is washed off of other items, most importantly the windows, lawn, plants and shrubbery.
