I certify that I am an authorized user of this bank account and that I will not dispute the payment with my bank; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in my contract. I authorize Main Line Gold Painting dba CertaPro Painters of the Main Line to process the balance due once I sign off that the project is completed to my satisfaction.
