Our Approach

We built a system around organization, sequencing, and product selection to ensure a seamless execution.

Surface-Specific Coatings:

• Stucco (main facade): Sherwin-Williams Latitude – Flat
• Metal surfaces (awnings, doors, details): DTM Satin
• Concrete block areas: Sherwin-Williams Latitude – Satin

Color & Detail Work:

• Signature purple exterior to match brand identity
• Accent panels (square features above awnings) in green and yellow DTM satin
• Doors: DTM Satin Grey (including side entry)
• Safety bollards: DTM Satin Safety Yellow

With so many coatings and colors in play, tight workflow control was critical. Our team ensured the right products were applied to the right surfaces – at the right time – without slowing down production.
