COVID-19 Safe Painting Practices

At CertaPro Painters, we’re open and COVID safe measures.
Safety of our crew and customers is our priority while completing estimates and work at your property. To accomplish this, we have put measures in place. This includes social distancing, masks, and more. Before we arrive for an estimate or painting project, there are a few items to know for COVID-19 safe painting practices.
We offer either on-site or remote estimates – it’s your choice.
Before entering any customer’s home or property, we communicate with you that we’re healthy and ask if your family members are as well.
To greet each other, we will refrain from shaking hands, opting instead for a verbal, contactless greeting.
To avoid contaminating a space, we use masks, handwashing and shoe covers.
Estimates
While completing your estimate, there are options to do your estimate remote or using virtual tools. Our estimators can look at your project while you remain in other areas of the home. When we need to enter your home, our team will utilize masks and other social distancing protocol in accordance with CDC recommendations.
Jobsites
Our crews are all committed to practicing good hygiene etiquette while on the jobsite. This includes:
- Cleaning our hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds.
- Using hand sanitizer.
- Wearing mask when around others.
- Keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from others.
- Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
- Staying home when sick.
What Can You Do To Help?
Before any appointments, our office will reach out with questions regarding the health of your household or office. Please let us know in advance of your appointment if you have any concerns or if you would like us to take special precautions. Please tell us ahead of time if anyone in the household has health issues, like the flu or a cold.
