PROJECT SCOPE:

The renovation covered six distinct office areas, including private offices, shared workspaces, and support facilities.

The project involved painting all walls, trim, and doors throughout the suite, as well as installing accent walls to bring depth and design consistency. Special attention was given to the brand wall, which required careful preparation and finishing to align with corporate identity standards.

In addition, our team completed thorough surface preparation by patching nail holes, smoothing scuffs, and sealing stains, ensuring every surface was ready for a flawless finish. This comprehensive approach addressed both the functional work areas and the high-visibility brand features, resulting in a cohesive, professional environment.

SPECIAL TECHNIQUES:

To meet the unique demands of this project, our team used premium zero-VOC Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 paint systems, creating a healthier indoor environment without sacrificing coverage or durability.

Careful coordination with outside vendors was required for the removal and reinstallation of the corporate logo and reveal wall system, ensuring branding elements were preserved and installed to exact specifications. Precision techniques were applied for accent wall installation and brand wall preparation, guaranteeing sharp lines, consistent coverage, and a polished, professional appearance.

Professional masking and protection systems were also used throughout the space to safeguard sensitive equipment and furnishings while maintaining a clean and organized job site.
