A 585 sq. ft. residential garage located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, primarily used for vehicle storage and home projects.

2. What did the project consist of? How long did it take and were there any special requirements?

The project involved coating the garage floor, concrete sills, and the concrete apron extending to the blacktop driveway. Preparation included washing, grinding, and repairing cracks to ensure a smooth and durable surface. The team applied an Elladur 5-Polyaspartic system, starting with a base coat, followed by decorative flakes, and finishing with a clear topcoat for added protection and shine.

In addition to the flooring, the garage ceiling, walls, windowsills, interior and exterior sides of standard doors and frames, wood framing around the garage doors, steps, railings, and spindles were prepped and painted using Sherwin-Williams Duration® and Emerald® Urethane Trim Enamel. The result was a cohesive, professional finish that brightened and refreshed the entire space.
