We are thrilled to announce that our work on Fairelawn Manor (30 Pelham Road, Philadelphia) has been recognized with a Grand Jury Award from the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia. This prestigious honor highlights projects that showcase outstanding historic preservation, and we are incredibly proud to have played a role in restoring this remarkable building.

Our team contributed to the transformation of Fairelawn Manor through expert interior and exterior painting, meticulous carpentry work, and detailed wallpaper installation. These efforts helped revitalize the space while preserving its original charm, ensuring it remains a stunning architectural landmark for years to come.

Now home to a thriving law firm, Fairelawn Manor blends historic elegance with modern functionality, creating a beautiful, comfortable, and productive workspace. We are honored to have been part of this award-winning project and grateful to the Preservation Alliance for this recognition.
