A 100,000 square foot shopping center complex in Philadelphia needed an exterior refresh to restore its appearance and improve curb appeal for tenants and visitors.

100,000 sq ft warehouse located in Philadelphia, PA.

2.) What did the project consist of? How long did it take and were there any special requirements?

The project consisted of power washing, repairing, preparing, and painting approximately 100,000 square feet of exterior shopping center space. This included the front façade’s stucco and EIFS surfaces, as well as the rear and side block and brick areas. Sherwin-Williams products were used throughout the project to ensure durability and a high-quality finish.

All work was completed while following proper safety protocols and without restricting the normal flow of traffic for tenants and visitors. To successfully complete the scope of work, the project required the use of a water trailer, along with 45-foot and 65-foot boom lifts to safely access elevated areas.
