Penn Center House – Philadelphia Apartment Complex Interior Painting

The Penn Center House is an 18-floor apartment complex building located in Center City, Philadelphia. Penn Center House was built in 1959 and is designated a gold-star community by CAI. This is the only Philadelphia housing cooperative to be awarded this prestigious designation.

Our team patched up and painted the interior common hallways, including trim, elevators and staircases. Per the customer’s request, this job took place between November 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022. They requested that we work certain times around the holidays and specific schedules of the tenets as needed. They were very satisfied with this project and said they would use CertaPro Painters of Blue Bell again in the future.
