A large hotel and conference center next to Philadelphia International Airport required exterior painting services to refresh the 180,000-square-foot property and create a clean, updated appearance for guests.

Hotel and conference center located next to the Philadelphia International Airport. 180,000 sq ft.
2.) What did the project consist of? How long did it take and were there any special requirements?
This project involved painting the entire exterior of the property and repairing caulk as needed. The project took about 6 weeks to complete. Due to the unique building design, a combination of boom lifts and swing stages was used to reach all areas needing painting.
