The problem to be solved:
In July 2020, we performed interior and exterior work on some of the Avenel facilities. For the exterior work, we had to navigate the height of the building and perform various repairs before painting. Since this is a luxury apartment residence, we also had to make sure the residents were aware of the project and what it would entail.
Problem solver solution:
Our team used a 65’ and a 45’ lift to reach high areas. We were able to obtain specific access points for our lifts and made sure the parking spaces in those areas were vacant to provide the best safety for all parties.
We pressure washed the entire exterior and interior breezeways. Plus, we prepped and painted all exposed white cement board siding, as well as the cement breezeway floors. Additionally, we fabricated and replaced gutters, flashing, and shingles and made carpentry repairs to decorative pillars. We also replaced 400 exterior vent covers.
Our team worked closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to plan each day and provide daily updates to the residents throughout the project.
