Ad Prima Charter School – Commercial Exterior Restoration & Painting Project

CertaPro Painters® of Blue Bell/Philadelphia recently undertook a transformative project at Ad Prima Charter School, located at 8034 Thouron Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19050. The school, established in 1990, spans an impressive 51,815 square feet and is committed to fostering the holistic development of students. Despite its noble mission, the school building was showing signs of wear and tear, requiring some tender loving care. CertaPro Painters® of Blue Bell/Philadelphia stepped in to address the facility’s needs, embarking on a two-week-long project to revitalize the entire structure.

The comprehensive undertaking commenced with a thorough power washing of the building. A portable water tank was strategically employed to rid the surfaces of dirt and mildew, ensuring a clean canvas for the transformative work ahead. The scope of the project encompassed not only the exterior walls but also the stucco, brick, columns, and railings, presenting a multifaceted challenge.

Masonry work played a pivotal role in the restoration process, with the CertaPro team expertly patching and repairing cracks and holes throughout the building. This meticulous attention to detail ensured not only the aesthetic rejuvenation of the school but also contributed to the structural integrity of the facility.
