Commercial Epoxy Flooring Project in Harleysville, PA
A warehouse located in Harleysville, PA, needed a durable, long-lasting flooring solution to enhance both performance and appearance. Our team installed a professional epoxy system that completely refreshed the space.
1.) Describe the building/facility (size, usage, location)
Warehouse located in Harleysville, Pa. 2500 sq.ft. of flooring, walls 150 linear feet and 20 feet high.
2.) What did the project consist of? How long did it take and were there any special requirements?
Warehouse walls and floor painting. Painting to the walls. Stripping the current floor coating in the warehouse. Installation of polyaspartic floor coating. Grinding the floor before applying one coat of Elladur 5 to the warehouse floor, while broadcasting flakes, then applying one top coat of clear sealer. Washing and then painting gold sprinkler pipes with Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Urethane Alkyd. Installation of 4” vinyl cove base to the perimeter of the new section of flooring, approximately 150 linear feet. Painting the walls in the warehouse using rolling scaffolding.
