Residential Case Study
Cheltenham Stucco & Brick Repair & Painting
Cheltenham Residential Exterior Repair & Painting Project
This abandoned home was built in 1925. In August 2022, CertaPro Painters of Blue Bell/Phila was contacted by new owners to repair and paint the exterior of this home.
The walls had to be patched and involved some carpentry work and other repairs to get the exterior ready for painting. The owners had just put a new roof on, and the neighbor’s house was close so our team had to be careful to not make a mess of either of those. It was tough getting the ladder into some areas, but our team managed to get the work done with no trouble in 6 days!
While working on this house, we received another job from it, as well as 9 people stop to ask about or comment on the transformation. The homeowner was also kind enough to write our team a testimonial, which we have shared along with the photos from the job site below.

The Final Results
A big thank you to both of you and to Dan and his crew!! They really did a great job and worked in hundred-degree temps. I don’t know how they withstood working all day and for days on end in this kind of heat. Hopefully, you all get a ton of additional business in the neighborhood from your work here. It's night and day better and a huge transformation! It truly is amazing what a high-quality paint job with high quality paint can do even with 100-year-old house. My only concern is that the paint cures ok and holds up with extreme heat - fingers crossed. Dan was outstanding and like you both, was extremely professional, communicated well, and had extraordinary attention to detail! Thank you, 10 times, over and I hear you guys have already gotten some calls from neighbors for estimates. Thank you also for being the good guys and ladies after the multiple back-to-back not great contractor experiences I've had this year. Paige you really listened, and I sincerely appreciate it!
