Monica was very responsive to our request for a painting estimate and after carefully listening to what we needed to have done she submitted a proposal that met our requirements and start time. She assigned a terrific team of painters for the project, and stayed personally involved throughout the process to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. She made sure that we had several opportunities to address any issues, both during the project and after the work had been completed. That way, the few questions that did come up were addressed in a professional and timely matter and resulted in our complete satisfaction.

The manager was very friendly and accommodating. She cared about getting it right, and there were lots of details to capture. She was accurate in capturing our desires and was clear in laying out the costs of additional coats. The painters were superb. They did a tremendous amount of painting in one week, and it was flawless. So overall we are very happy with the job.
