Exterior Office Vent & Light Post Refresh

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
The team at CertaPro Painters of Annapolis was hired to refresh the exterior vents of a doctor’s office and repaint the light posts in the parking lot.

The vent and light posts were extremely rusted and weathered. The existing paint was either peeling or removed completely from the surface. In order to ensure a smooth and polished finish our team removed the rust and peeling paint and applied a coat of industrial primer, followed by a coat of paint specifically made to adhere to metal surfaces.

CHALLENGES:
The most significant obstacle of this project revolved around the task of painting the tall light posts within a small parking lot. Our team prioritized occupying as little space as possible to ensure that the ongoing paint project did not disrupt or inconvenience incoming patients.

PROJECT TIMELINE
The project took place in June 2023 and was completed in 1 day.

THE FINAL RESULTS
The clients were thrilled with the rejuvenated appearance of the vent and light posts, which were both free from any signs of rust.
