What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner and working closely with the Commercial Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies. Your day-to-day will include:

• Content Creation: Share your creative spark by managing our social media and crafting engaging monthly newsletters.
• Relationship Building: Turn leads into loyal customers and foster long-term connections.
• Client Visits: Hit the road to meet clients and prospects in person every month.
• Promotions: Develop and launch attention-grabbing monthly promotions.
• Outreach: Open new doors with cold calls and emails to potential clients.
• CRM Management: Keep our systems organized and running smoothly.
• Networking: Represent us at industry events like BOMA, IREM, and CAI while building your own professional network.
• Client Engagement: Host coffee meetings, lunches, happy hours, and team-building events to strengthen client relationships.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendor networks to deliver memorable events for our customers.
• Trade Shows & Conferences: Shine as our brand ambassador at key industry events.
• Lunch and Learn: Educate and attract potential clients through engaging presentations.
• Estimating & Presentations: Collaborate with the Commercial Production Manager to develop and confidently present estimates to clients.
