CertaPro Painters of Akron, OH proudly supports several local charities and organizations with a portion of the proceeds that we make from each of our painting projects. As a veteran-owned business, it is essential to every member on the CertaPro Painters of Akron, OH team that we continue to invest in our community and give back. CertaPro Painters of Akron, OH is happy to celebrate and support First Serve. A portion of our proceeds for every service we provide and project we complete is donated to them, because we are passionate about serving causes that we believe in and our community.
Since 2013, First Serve has hosted an annual day of service, held during the second Sunday in September, led by the First Congregational Church of Hudson in partnership with the Islamic Society of Akron and Kent, and the Temple Beth Shalom of Hudson. It’s also supported by several other faith communities in Hudson and the Akron area. They have brought together hundreds of people from different backgrounds to volunteer side-by-side to establish relationships and gain a better understanding of each other while serving the greater Akron community. They focus their projects in the North Hill Community.

CertaPro Painters of Akron, OH donates a portion of our proceeds to All Things Possible because we believe as a community we can make a difference in the lives of those suffering from trauma.
Since 2004, All Things Possible has been setting captives free – physically, emotionally and spiritually. They provide trauma relief to:
– children displaced and affected by the spread of terrorist groups in the middle east
– women who experience sex trafficking, sexual abuse and domestic violence
– men and women in the military suffering from PTSD

When the owner of CertaPro Painters of Akron, OH became aware that the Ohio State University Women’s Rugby Club wasn’t funded for game fees or transportation, he chose to begin to generously donate to the program. This was because he proudly believes in empowering women in breaking barriers as high achievers.
The Sport Club Program is designed to serve individual interests in different sports and recreational activities. Participation enhances and promotes good sportsmanship, development of skills, well-being from physical activity, as well as social aspects.
