Jennifer was hired as a Commercial Marketing Associate in July 2015. Since then, Jennifer has developed a multi-faceted customer base and continues to improve on this while maintaining relationships with previous customers. She is active in various professional associations as well. As Jennifer so well states: “My goal is to develop awareness and trust of the CertaPro Brand through networking, marketing, social media and any other means possible in order to connect with new customers and retain previous customers who come back to us time and time again because they know we will consistently deliver an extraordinary experience every time….that is my promise!” Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Independent Contractor and Event Coordinator for numerous resorts and travel companies. In this capacity, not only did she become resourceful at generating quality leads, but also developed management, training, and recruitment skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of individuals and professionals.
Her true passion lies in helping others which she demonstrated in her 10+ years of services working for the County of Lancaster as both a Mental Health Intensive Case Manager and an Elder Abuse Investigator under the PA State Department of Aging . Jennifer was recognized twice by the Lancaster County Commissioner’s Office for going “above and beyond” and received two Good Government Awards. Jennifer is a 1992 graduate of Millersville University of PA with degrees in Sociology, Psychology, and Criminal Justice. She graduated with honors in her Major course of study.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and running with her Siberian Husky, Bodhi. She is an active tennis player and enjoys rollerblading, decorating, dining out, and taking weekend trips. Surrounding herself with people an having an impact on them is of utmost importance for Jennifer in both her professional and personal life.
