Problem To Be Solved:

NAI Summit came to us in August 2020 to paint a 418,750 sq ft warehouse/distribution center located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley. The surface was weathered and required significant cleaning and repair prior to starting the painting process. The height of the building was also a challenge we needed to overcome.

Problem Solver Solution:

Due to the condition of the surface, we completed several steps to prepare it for painting. This included power washing, and scraping/repair. We began by power washing the exterior to clean it. Next, we scraped the surface to remove any uneven areas of the previous paint. Once the surface was clean and repaired, we were able to start painting. To reach the top of the building, we used a 60 foot boom lift.

Final Result:

The project took four weeks to complete. In the end, the exterior was completely repaired and repainted in a more modern color pallet. The client was happy with the resulting transformation.
