Winnipeg Exterior Painting Case Study

House Painter in Winnipeg, MB

CHALLENGES:
The key challenge on this project was giving the front of the home the pop of colour the client was looking for. We accomplished this by going with a two-tone step and featuring a khaki tone on all horizontal surfaces.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
This project involved caulking seams, filling nail holes, and priming new carpentry as well as scraping, sanding, and restoring the porch floor and front steps.

To restore the porch floor and front steps, we used a belt sander to remove some of the built-up layers of paint and provide a smoother finish.

PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 3 days.

THE FINAL RESULTS
A beautifully restored porch with colours the client loved!
