St. Norbert Exterior Painting Case Study

House Painter in Winnipeg, MB

CHALLENGES:
Before we started working on this home, the front stucco was rough, unsealed, water-stained, and had accumulated a lot of dirt/debris.

The front peak on this home was 50′ high and was not accessible with our standard equipment. In order to mask the soffits and reach the front peak, we employed a crane truck and used a pressure washer to clean away the dirt and debris. Once the debris was gone we used a sprayer to apply the products.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
To clean this up and make the front of the home pop, we provided a colour consultation, washed the home, and painted the stucco.

PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 4 days.

THE FINAL RESULTS
A clean and beautiful repainted stucco surface the client loved!
