Dumbarton Exterior Painting Case Study
CHALLENGES:
The original condition of the brick on this property was notably worn out, unpainted, stained, and had an overall tired appearance that diminished its curb appeal.
One significant challenge we encountered was accessing the chimney and dormers due to the slippery nature of the cedar shingle roof. We were unable to safely use ladders or work directly from the roof.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
In order to safely access the chimney and dormers we used a mobile crane and paint sprayers to apply the paint. Before painting, we pressure-washed the home to remove any dirt and debris.
Additionally, we placed pads and sheets of plywood on the front lawn to prevent damage caused by the mobile crane.
PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 1 week.
THE FINAL RESULTS
A beautiful polished exterior that the client loved!
