Barbie began her career with CertaPro Painters in 2012 as a member of the residential sales and design team. In 2013 she earned the national CertaPro Residential Pride Award. She is a native of Ohio and attended The Ohio State University with a focus on Interior Design and Business. Prior to joining CPNR, Barbie ran a successful Interior Design and Consulting Business in Orlando, Florida. After relocating to Raleigh, she served as the Assistant Director and Project Manager for a Real Estate Development Company where she oversaw the construction and design of a multi-office complex.
Barbie’s role with CPNR’s Commercial Division included cultivating new commercial accounts throughout the Southeast with a focus on Property Management Companies, Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, and Medical Industries while maintaining ongoing relationships with commercial clients. She has proven sales success and a superior customer service reputation in both residential and commercial sales and design.
In 2016, Barbie received the Southeast Commercial Sales Rookie of the Year Award. In 2017, Barbie received the Southeast Commercial Sales Associate of the Year Award and was nominated for Commercial Associate of the Year. In 2018, Barbie was again recognized and awarded the Southeast Commercial Sales Associate of the Year, Million Dollar Club and was nominated again for Commercial Sales Associate of the Year.
2019 Barbie adds Franchise Owner to her credentials of CertaPro Painters Wilmington, partnering with Kirt & Sheri Storch. Barbie will be responsible to grow the Residential Division while attention to existing commercial clients and developing new relationships.
