When can I expect to be scheduled?
It depends on how many jobs are ahead of you and the size of your job. If it is an exterior job, of course,
the weather will be a factor. Staci will usually call you on Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule for the
following week. Staci is in the office Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until noon.
How many people are in a crew?
A crew will consist of 1-6 people, male and female.
Will the crew be at my home all day?
The crew will arrive at your home to assess the job before they buy any materials. They will then go get
the materials they need to get started. They may need to do this more than once during the job. Working
hours, meal breaks, rest breaks and weekend work are at the crew’s discretion.
What special things do I need to know about?
If this is an exterior job, you may have plastic over your windows for several days to avoid any overspray
to your glass and frames. If this is a kitchen cabinet project, you will probably not be able to use your
kitchen for the endurance of the job, so you will need to plan accordingly.
What could delay my project?
If this is an exterior job, there may be weather delays – such as it’s raining, it’s too hot, it’s too cold, it’s
too windy, etc. There may be unforeseen circumstances that come up and cause a delay. Additional
repairs and materials may be needed to complete your project, with your approval, of course. Crew
members may become sick or have personal issues to attend to, which may cause a small delay. We do
not assign more than one job to a crew at a time, so you are center stage.
Who do I need to communicate with?
Questions and concerns should be brought up to the crew supervisor first, as they are the most
knowledgeable about what is happening at your home. If you still have an issue, contact Staci in the
office first, then Ken or Rylan on their cell numbers.
What do I need to do upon completion of the job?
The crew leader will do a final walk-around or walk-through with you. This is when you will need to point
out anything you see that you want touched up. You will be asked to sign off on the job once it is
completed to your satisfaction. Do not sign off if the job is not completed, as that could cause a delay in
finishing your job. When Staci gets a job jacket that has been signed off on, the crew is paid and will be
given another job. So, if you need something else completed, DO NOT SIGN OFF on it.
