Description of Project: The scope of this project encompassed a comprehensive interior repaint of the pump house, a critical facility within the City of Wichita’s infrastructure. The task involved detailed preparation work, including the scraping of old paint to create a smooth and receptive surface for the new coatings. To ensure the longevity and durability of the paint job, Loxon Concrete and Masonry Primer/Sealer was applied, followed by a topcoat of Superpaint. This combination was chosen for its superior adhesion and protective qualities, essential in the demanding environment of a pump house.
