What separates an average company form an excellent one is, of course, quality of work. But equally important is how they handle problems. Certapro gets 10 from me for both quality of work with the painting but also for how my problem was handled. After having several issues I felt it was time to speak to an owner. I did not think that would happen and was very impressed when I received a call, right away, from John DeLuca. He was receptive, not defensive, and took charge of my project. I had his complete attention and direct number. I knew that John possessed a lot of integrity and would ensure I received the best service. John connected me with Frank Benedetto and Jorge. Frank was awesome! Friendly, patient, caring and positive! Jorge, my painter was fantastic. He is a gifted tradesman who understands the intricacies of paint, walls, and finishes. He is an expert with the Farrow and Ball pant brand that I was using and explained its strengths and possible challenges. When I asked Jorge about some spots I saw he was so patient in explaining about light and the walls that I have but made every effort to fix things. His customer service is equal to his painting skills. Jorge never became impatient or dismissive. Quite the opposite. He demonstrated empathy for my concerns and fixed things the right way. It is rare to find someone who is talented in their trade and talented with customer service! Give Jorge a raise!
Other people i want to compliment are Eric Lester, my estimator. What nice person. I would have him back anytime to work with. He was kind considerate and did his best!
Other shout outs to Kristen who was always friendly and considerate whenever I called. She seems to realize that she part of team and knows every member creates the customer service experience. A shout out to Scott, who I dealt with for making my final payment. He really cared about helping me and making sure I was able to navigate through the tech issues I had. Thank you everyone!
