La Quinta Inn & Suites - Hotel Rebranding
Project: Hotel Rebranding – Full Exterior Painting in Danbury CT
Process: CertaPro Painters® Commercial Services was selected to execute a new look for the exterior of a five-story hotel. Repainting included EIFS siding surfaces, previously painted metal doors, overhangs, and air conditioning registers. All areas involved color changes to new corporate branded colors as specified by the La Quinta design team.
Products Used: Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec 500. Colors: Pearly White and Acier Match. Utilized 65’ boom and 35’ boom lifts.
Results: The project was completed per customer specifications, on budget and on schedule to limit downtime and customer disturbance before the holiday season. The hotel maintained full operational status and CertaPro, along with Diamond Properties, set up and executed a game plan that resulted in zero guest complaints.
