If you are a self-motivated painter looking for work painting both commercial buildings and residential homes, we want to hear from you.
Independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters® in Southeast WIsconsin are looking for painting contractors who are ready and available for work!

While being able to communicate with our customers is a requirement, we understand that language barriers can hinder success. We have staff on our team to help you communicate and coordinate with our team, as well as resources to help communicate with the customer. We also teach many of our skill development programs in both English and Spanish. If you have questions or concerns, please check with our Production Team for assistance.

Each year we paint more homes than any other painting company in our residential service area. This is, in part due to our systems that help educate, collaborate and communicate with our customers to make every painting project a personal, extraordinary experience. But the biggest part is you! We wouldn’t be able to deliver on any of it without you. Our Painting Partners make each and every project possible.
Additional Earning Opportunities
As an independent residential Painting Partner, you start at a base percentage of 48%, but are able to increase your base rate as well as earn a year-end bonus, project addons and referral rewards. These bonuses and rewards provide an equal opportunity for all Painting Partners to increase their earning potential.
Refer a Contractor
If you refer a contractor that joins our team of Painting Partners, we’ll pay you a bonus of 1.00% on all residential work your referred contractor produces within their first 90 days with our team.
Refer a Customer
We have marketing materials available in the office to help you talk about referrals that a customer may mention while on the jobsite. Make sure this information gets to the main office so you can receive:
- A $100 bonus when the new contract is signed
- First right of refusal to produce the project
General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills:
- Previous professional painting experience preferred
- Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Customer service oriented
- Carpentry and/or drywall experience a plus
