Challenges
The challenge of this project was that the building is occupied by multiple tenants and could not be closed for painting. The crew had to work with the tenants and property managers to schedule times where the building could be accessible to paint and accessible to employees and customers.
This building also had different substrates and surfaces to be painted requiring multiple techniques and different types of paint.
CONDITIONS
The Facility and surfaces were in fair condition but was dirty and needed a clean up and new paint colors to make the building pop for the existing tenants and potential new tenants.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
- Preparation – This project involved power washing first. We used a lift throughout the project to reach everything.
- Painting – After power washing the building, we we used brushes, rollers, and sprayers to paint the different surfaces for a fresh look!
