Office Facility in St. Paul

Before
This office building and warehouse, located in St. Paul, was in need of an interior makeover. Before we could begin painting, however, our team had to remove the commercial wallpaper that covered the facility. The commercial wallpaper was old and failing on all walls of the facility – hallways, conference rooms, offices and bathrooms. We had to cut around the corner guard protection to keep those intact. This was an occupied space while we were working, so we used a HEPA vacuum attachment to keep dust to a minimum and kept floors clean and clear throughout the project. We sanded all the damage from wallpaper removal and leftover adhesive that was still on the wall.

Before painting, we oil primed so there would be no bubbling from the wallpaper adhesive interacting with the water-based top coat we were applying. We applied 2 coats of a high quality pro-industrial paint. By the time we were done, the facility looked brand new!
