Warehouse Painting in Minneapolis
CertaPro Painters of Twin Cities Least was contracted to paint a 25,000 sq. ft. facility in a warehouse district fairly close to Midway area of Minneapolis.
Our work included:
A lot of rust needed prep and good rust inhibiting products. There were outdated colors and a lot peeling and flaking paint that needed to be removed prior to coating. We recommended a self cleaning concrete product so the building is protected for the new owners.
The project required working close to power lines and using safety equipment. The timing was arranged to allow the loading dock and working hours to remain intact. The team was careful with spraying and back rolling for even coating in addition to:
- Rust removal and prep
- Spray to protect graffiti tags the new Owners wanted to preserve
- Safety protocols for power lines that were about 2 feet from the building
- Timing to allow the building to remain operational
