Beam Repair Project in Maplewood, MN
In May 2020, CertaPro Painters® of Twin Cities East acquired the opportunity to repair a beam of a residential entranceway in Maplewood, MN. The pole, located near the front door, is the main accent beam of the home. Weathered and rotting, the support required repair and replacement of wood around the base for a proper restoration. Taking two hours from start to finish, the project was completed. CONDITIONS:
- Worn and weathered beam.
- Faded paint and weak wood.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Paint– We repainted the beam with a fresh coat of paint to restore the look.
- Carpentry – The finest craftsmanship was needed to restore this once worked out beam. We fixed this by replacing it with new wood around the pool in the damaged area.
