Warehouse Exterior Repainting in Camarillo, CA
This client requested a repaint of their 23,000 sq foot tilt-up warehouse. This was a 3-sided warehouse, as it shared a common (interior) wall with another building, which was not in scope. The project was completed in May of 2025, and took our team roughly two weeks from start to finish. Another painting company had begun work on the building, but lacked proper safety measures (no lifts, safety devices, scaffolding, etc.) The customer immediately terminated the contract, and instead, reached out to CertaPro Painters® of Thousand Oaks for a professional approach to their project.
Normally this type of building is best accessed using a hydraulic man lift (boom), however, given the inset windows on the front of the building, this project also required scaffolding to be able to safely reach the exterior ceilings and upper windows along the front of the building.

The Facility:
We painted: A Commercial Warehouse in Camarillo, CA
Condition:
The concrete siding of the building was in fair shape, but did require an appreciable amount of filling of cracks, sanding, etc. Those areas were spot primed after repairs to ensure good adhesion of the top coat.
The building was ready to paint, and the shrubs were trimmed well away from the structure, allowing easy access.
Project Involvement:
The project involved spot repairs and painting via an airless sprayer.
Special Challenges:
The most unique challenge for this project was accessing the recessed windows area at the front of the building. As previously mentioned, scaffolding was used to safely prep and paint this area.
Special Equipment:
Scaffolding and a hydraulic man lift were needed to safely and efficiently paint the building.
