Originally from Michigan, Layne has spent most of his life in the great state of Washington. He spent his early years in the construction industry as an electrician and then a carpenter. After owning his own company as a general contractor, Layne transitioned into commercial property management in Seattle. Layne joined the CertaPro team in 2021 as our Commercial Sales Associate. He looks forward to continuing to build relationships, while enhancing and renewing businesses.
When Layne is not working, he can be found tending his garden, baking and building furniture.
