Residential Exterior Painting Project in Tacoma
The home was a 1920s Cape Cod was in need of lots of love. A heavy prep required due to chipping and peeling paint; gable peaks were sided with shake shingles making it difficult to scrape. Over 50% of the home needing scraping. However, this was a philanthropic project. The normal price was around $18K, but we completed the job for $11.5K and all paint was donated by Sherwin Williams.
CHALLENGES:
RRP (renovate, repair and paint) practices were followed due to lead-based paint. CertaPro applied peel bond primer to the cedar lap siding and shake shingles.
CONDITIONS:
Peeling and faded paint from years of wear & tear

Pale Blue Residential
We loved working on this home and giving it a fresh new look with a clean coat of paint. The soft blue color really brightens up the house and fits in nicely with the trees and sky around it. We paid close attention to the details, like the trim and windows, to make sure everything looked just right. It was a fun project, and we're proud of how it turned out!
