University Place Modern Dentistry is a dental office located in University Place Washington. The project consisted of 1,100 sqft of pressure washing. The CertaPro Painters of Tacoma crew pressure washed the brick siding on all four faces of the building as well as the wheel stops and surrounding area.
Showed professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude. Had me carefully consider colors that would fit the rest of the house, as well as sheen. Asked about other parts of the house that I had not considered, such as the ceiling. Had ideas of how to fix my wall damage too.

CHALLENGES:Our crew was able to utilize our pressure washing equipment and eco-friendly cleaner to complete the job in a timely manner.
CONDITIONS:
The areas we pressure washed had become covered in moss and algae. The growth of moss had become so prevalent that the building’s ownership saw it as a slip hazard for visitors. After Our crew pressure washed the area, it was no longer hazardous.
